The AI Reality Check / $199, guaranteed useful or free

Everyone says you should "use AI." Nobody says where to start.

That's the part I do. In one 60-minute call, I look at how your business actually runs, find the one or two changes genuinely worth making, and hand you a simple plan you can do yourself. No jargon, no sales pitch, no pretending you need something you don't.

If you don't leave with at least one improvement worth more than $199, you don't pay. Simple as that.

Several possible paths resolving into one clear route.
01 / THE PROBLEM

You're not behind. You've just been listening to the wrong people.

You run a real business. Somewhere in it, there's work that's slow, repetitive, or living entirely in one person's head: the invoicing, the scheduling, the retyping of things from one screen into another. You've wondered if AI could fix some of that. Then you looked into it and found forty tools, a hundred opinions, and a bunch of consultants whose "free audit" always ends the same way: with a proposal. So you did the sensible thing. Nothing.

How it works

Four steps. One honest answer.

  1. 01 / FREE

    A 15-minute call

    Free

You tell me about the business. If I don't think I can find you something worth $199, I'll say so and we're done. No charge, no follow-up sequence.

  2. 02 / PAID

    The Reality Check

    60 minutes

We walk through one recurring part of your business together. You talk, I ask questions. No prep needed, no tools to learn, no access to your systems.

  3. 03 / DELIVERED

    Your Game Plan

    Within 2 business days

Two pages, plain English: what's worth doing, what it'll cost, what to skip, and one step you can do Monday morning, all written so you can run it without me.

  4. 04 / INCLUDED

    Free check-in

    A few weeks later

Fifteen minutes: what did you try, what happened, what's next. Included because I actually want to know.

02 / WHAT THE ANSWER LOOKS LIKE

The honest answer is usually smaller than the sales pitch.

After a Reality Check, the Game Plan usually says one of these:

A quick gut check

Is the Reality Check for you?

You don't need an AI idea. You just need a real business with real work in it.

Start with a free 15-minute call

It's for you if

  • You own or run the business, and you're the one who'd have to live with any new system.
  • Something in your week is slow, repetitive, or depends entirely on one person.
  • You'd rather start small and see proof than sign up for a "transformation."
  • You want solutions your own team can understand and keep running.

It's not for

  • Big companies with IT departments and compliance teams. That's a different job.
  • Anyone who wants me inside their systems or customer data. I don't need access, and I won't ask for it.
  • General "teach me AI" tutoring with no real business behind it.
  • Anyone expecting a finished automation for $199. This is the plan, not the build.
03 / WHY TRUST ME

The honest answer is the product.

I'm Cam. I spent my career in finance and operations: the back office, where the slow, repetitive work actually lives. I've watched businesses buy systems nobody could maintain, and a lot of what's sold as "AI transformation" right now is exactly that. I also build real, working software you can click on right now, which is more than most people selling AI advice can show you. And here's my honest position: I'm building this practice deliberately, one business at a time, and my reputation is worth more to me than your $199. That's why the guarantee exists. I can't afford to waste your hour, so I won't.

04 / FAIR QUESTIONS

Fair questions.

Straight answers before you book anything.

Can't I just ask ChatGPT what to automate?

Sure, and it'll give you a confident list of ten things, because it's never seen how your business actually works. It doesn't know that one person handles all the exceptions, that half your jobs come in by text message, or that the "obvious" automation would break the one thing keeping a customer happy. The value isn't ideas. It's knowing which one is worth doing and which will quietly cost you more than it saves.

Other people offer free AI audits. Why is yours $199?

Free audits are sales calls with a clipboard. They exist to end in a proposal. My recommendation has to be worth $199 on its own, or you don't pay. That changes what I'm allowed to tell you. It's why "do nothing yet" is an answer I can actually give.

We're not a techy business at all.

Perfect. You're exactly who this is for. If you were techy, you wouldn't need me. The first win is almost always simpler than you're afraid it is.

Is my business information safe?

Yes. I never need passwords, system access, or customer data. We work from your description and screen sharing. NDA available if you want one; my finance background means I take this more seriously than most.

Will you implement the recommendation?

Maybe. If something is genuinely worth building, I'll scope it separately and tell you what it should cost (from me or anyone else). If your team can do it themselves, the Game Plan says exactly that.

What if the plan isn't useful?

Then you don't pay. That's not a hedge; that's the product working as designed.
